has been with BodyMind Balance since its inception
in 1997 and is co-owner of BodyMind Balance, Inc. Currently a Power Pilates Teacher Trainer, Jay's training includes the
original Pilates Guild and comprehensive certification with Power Pilates of Julie
Toren Julie
began teaching Pilates in 2003 and is a Licensed GYROTONIC®
Instructor.
She co-owns BodyMind Balance, Inc. and has had the privilege to study with a
variety of master teachers such as Bob Liekens, Rael Isacowitz
and Juergen Bamberger. She holds comprehensive certifications through Power Pilates of Holly
Price Holly
began teaching Pilates in 2002. She received her training through BodyMind Balance, Inc. and received her mat certification
through Power Pilates. She is also a professional dancer in both floor and
aerial choreographic works. She received her undergraduate degree from Dianne Gard Dianne began teaching Pilates in
2002. She received her training through BodyMind
Balance, Inc. and received her mat certification through Power Pilates of New
York City. She combines her Pilates experience with education in dance movement
therapy from Mike Butcher Mike began teaching Pilates in 2007. He received his training through BodyMind Balance, Inc. and received his mat certification through Power Pilates. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University. In addition to Pilates, Mike is also a student of Copeira since 2004, and is excited to share the benefits of total body control. Cassie Wannemacher Cassie began teaching Pilates in 2005. She is Power Pilates Mat Certified and is currently working through Power Pilates Systems Training. She has worked in the health and wellness industry since 2003. Cassie is a student at Xavier University pursuing her undergraduate degree in Business. Liza Kirkham Liza began practicing Pilates in 2003 and has been teaching since 2007.. She is Power Pilates Mat Certified and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. Her love of Pilates originally started after having two children. She simply wanted to reclaim her body after her pregnancies. Upon seeing and feeling the benefits of Pilates, both mentally and physically, she was immediately hooked! | |||
