Teacher Training

GYROTONIC® Cincinnati is proud to offer various training courses for those wishing to learn to teach the Gyrotonic Expansion System. Pre-Training is the first course required for certification and at least 10 private sessions are recommended prior to enrolling in this course.

What is the process of Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Certification?

  • Prior experience in the method
  • Pre-Training with a Certified Pre-Trainer
  • Foundation Course with a Master Trainer, at this point you are a Licensed Apprentice and can begin teaching
  • Apprentice Review Course with a Master Trainer
  • Final Certification in South Beach, FL
